Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your new stationery and knitted hats. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. Here’s our policy regarding refunds and returns:

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or refund.

Full Refunds: To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be in perfect, unused condition. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Partial Refunds: If the item(s) show signs of wear, use, or damage, we will only be able to issue a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition of the item(s).

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible).

  4. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as custom orders or sale items. We will clearly state this at the time of purchase.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
